MODE OF REFUND
You acknowledge and understand that refund may be made in the form of a credit note/ voucher such that it may be used for future travel subject to terms applicable thereon or may be done in cash. In all cases, mode of refund (credit note or cash) is dependent upon the TaxiloTrip Agent or Service Provider as the case may be.
CANCELLATION TERMS AND POLICIES
If postponed or preponed of the service date made on or before 30 days, only 5% of the package cost to be deducted and cost for the desired date of the service to be calculated on the basis of Hotel Cost and Transportation Cost of that particular time period.
In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reasons we must be notified of the same in writing.
Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing contact us, and cancellation charges would be as follows:
- 30 days before of service starts, 10% of the total package cost will be deducted.
- 20 days before of service starts, 20% of the total package cost will be deducted.
- 10 days before of service starts, 30% of the total package cost will be deducted.
- 05 days before of service starts, 60% of the total package cost will be deducted.
- 48hrs before of service starts, 90 % of the total package cost will be deducted.
- In case of NO SHOW, 100% of the total package cost will be deducted.
OUR LIABILITIES & LIMITATIONS
Please note that after the finalization of the Tour/Service Cost, if there are any Hike in entrance fees of monuments / museums, Taxes, fuel cost or guide charges – by Govt of India, the same would be charged as extra.
It is understood that excepting the tour package or any service offered by us client is strictly bound about our cancellation policy & terms & condition.
